We love and appreciate our Sponsors. They pay for our trophies and help with donations to the Learning Library
In kind donations ($50 to $150)
Any monetary value outside the standard sponsorship amounts supporting the Eureka Springs VW Festival activities
Trophy sponsorship ($200)
All Trophy Sponsors will be recognized during our awards presentation
All Trophy Sponsors will be recognized by placing their name on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards
Recognition on event page
T-Shirt Sponsor ($950)
A single color logo (provided by sponsor) on the year of show shirt (business card size)
A business recognition ad or promotion on event page
Will be recognized during our awards presentation
Recognized during show by DJ
Presenting Sponsorships ($5000):
Recognized on all marketing materials as Presenting Sponsor including:
(Event Listing, Show Banners, T-Shirt, Included in Show Graphic, etc)
Entry to VIP Show Display Area (table plus 2-3 car display area)
Recognized by DJ during the show
Will be recognized during our awards presentation
Friday BBQ Dinner for all company participants
Lead parade thru town along with other presenting sponsors
Logo banners, signs, flags, etc that can be hung on a fence or a wall are welcome.
